Here is a look into what Celine brings is for fall. The burgundy, green and that dark shade if yellow are in line with the fall RTW shows we've seen earlier this year, and they are colors that I think will easily work into an existing wardrobe. The handbags and accessories at Celine often have a masculine edge that makes the boys want to carry them too. I picked out six of my favorite pieces to post on the blog, so here they are! The burgundy / black document holder is my favorite if the bunch, probably because I'm in the middle of a big over-sized clutch moment - which you will be seeing on here in a week or two!

Coach just released another artist collaboration, this time with James Nares. The artist is known for suspending himself over a large canvas while he paints with one brush stroke. Since his paintings are worth a small fortune, the $798 for these bags are very reasonable in price. They are made of a sturdy canvas with a leather base that matches the paint color featured on the bag and trimmed with a beautiful vegetable tanned leather. I love canvas bags in general, but especially when the warmer weather comes around. This is a great bag to carry around anything you need for summer fun and to use as an everyday bag. My favorite color is the red-orange one... whats yours?

What's black, white, and red all over? Costume National for Spring! I love the mix of different shades of grey together because its a simple idea but hard to do 'right.' Theres a lot of that in the show, with the introduction of a tonal plaid too. My favorite look in the show is the one I starred, the putty-colored trench, grey pants and the mix of two reds add an unexpected touch. The slouchy fit is just enough to feel effortless but not schlepy. I am also a sucker for the head-to-toe red-orange outfit... It's a great color and it has a prison-chic realness look. AND I have to mention those glitter shoes! Let me first say, I'm not huge on the shape of the shoes in the collection as they look like they were carved from a block of wood, BUT I think the shape is perfect for the glitter version. Definitely wanting to skip down the yellow brick road in those things!

This video provides a look into the design and construction of Orlebar Brown's Classic swim shorts. Its amazing to see all the time and craftsmanship that goes into each piece especially when you're paying $240 for them. My favorite style is the Setter (pictured below) because it is shorter than the Bulldog, and we all know I love a short short! I don't really have anything else to say... watch the video!

Paul Smith is one of my favorite designers because of his mix of classic tailored pieces and unexpected whimsey. As always, there are a lot of very wearable looks in the Spring show that I will be taking inspiration from this summer. My favorite look is on the bottom left; the colors are working really well together and the leopard shoes and the right amount of style. I threw in the printed pants look because they are everywhere this spring. I'm really into them, but I'm a little bit hesitant to go for it. What do you guys think?

Bottega Veneta just created a website where you can choose various styles in bags and accessories to have your initials painted on top of their iconic woven pattern. I think this online personalization shop will generate some serious sales for the brand. Absolutely genius!
I chose two designs to put my initials on. The site is great because it has plenty of options in size and color. I love this mens tote because it has a short drop and a completely woven body. I also chose a zip pouch because I literally use them (ok, a few of them) every day. Saving pennies now!

I was out and about on my day off the other day and wanted something easy I could just throw on. I love this purple jacket, (I don't wear it nearly enough) and thought it was perfect since the weather was warmish but cool when in the shade. Wearing a sweater with no undershirt is one of my favorite things to do in the spring, great for transitional weather. After the sweater and jacket combo, I thought the day called for a casual woven belt and some basic brown shoes. Well, since I'm not a "basic" kind of guy, I replaced the brown laces with these red ones!
I tied one of the extra brown laces from my shoes around my wrist to mix in with the watch and leather strap.

Love this scarf from Etro! ($300, at barneys.com) The combination of thick colored stripes and thin black and white stripes make this scarf really stand out, and It's made of a linen blend, so it will be light enough to wear through the summer.

There were two color stories going on at Dsquared for Spring. First, I wanted to call out this black, white, red story. There is an interesting mix of faded and worn denim with narrow pants and tailored shirts, as if a rocker is working on Wall St. for the day. The tiger print is bold and unexpected (especially on the lower portion of the sleeves!) and the red biker jacket is a stand out piece for me along with the pants with studs down the leg.
My second point: COLOR! We've obviously seen color everywhere, but theres something to be said for the way Dean and Dan mix it up. The navy / magenta combo is a win for me especially with the open white button down under the blazer. I definitely plan on adopting the v-neck with rolled up trouser look this summer! It comes across as very well put together but you're really not wearing a lot so its great for scorching weather. Also, please do take a closer look at the layering here; my biggest take-away being the sweatshirt with a button down underneath which I did see in GQ, but somehow makes a bigger impact here. The watermelon colored parka and tan leather jackets are a few of my favorite separates!

Those who saw me at the Boston Bloggers Event on Wednesday will realize that I recycled this blazer / pocket square combo, but I think you'd agree that its a great Easter look. The blazer has a subtle pattern that I really enjoy and it fits perfect because its a children's size. I decided to pair it with a pastel sweater (a nod to Vuitton S12) and some lighter shoes. Luckily it was warm enough to not wear a heavier jacket!
Side note: I took these pictures right outside my apartment because I think the blooming trees are quite lovely for spring outfits!

Markus Lupfer is a london-based designer known for embellishing everyday basics. These sweaters, available at parkandbond.com, would be great on their own or under a blazer. Hundreds of sequins are hand sewn onto a merino wool sweater to add some spice to an otherwise basic piece. Who says we have to leave sequins to the girls?! My favorite is the skull version because I love the cheekiness of a sequin-skull!

My brain has been consumed with Fall 2012 for the past few months so I decided, since spring has arrived I would do a little refresher on spring to get me ready for the coming months. Prada has always held a special place in my heart, but after the creepers last year I've been wild about the shoes at Prada. The multi colored golf inspired shoes this spring are a total win for me! If I had a pair, I would absolutely find any excuse to wear them everyday. What wouldn't you wear them with? Don't answer that. Incase the tassel-top is too much for you, they are removable, but seriously that would be like pissing on the Bible. Just keep it on.

It felt like a comfy sweater kind of day so I threw on this old grey cardigan that still comes out once in a while. Yet another gingham shirt and some jeans. Since comfy is the theme here, I put on these suede shoes because they really are the most comfortable shoe I own.
P.S. I tired really hard not to have another brick background, but somehow its still there!

I have one really great pocket square that I got as a gift that I don't wear as often as I should. I think I am going to make that a late addition to my 2012 resolutions! This video got me excited to make my collection grow. It also reminded me that I really want loafers with tassels, I will be on the lookout.
